Standard personal-use super glue tubes are not classified as aviation hazardous material, so screeners will let them through without issue. Super glue does not appear on the TSA prohibited items list and is permitted in both carry-on and checked baggage. There is nothing about a small tube of cyanoacrylate that would trigger a secondary screening.

Super glue in personal-use quantities is universally permitted across all regions we cover. It is not classified as a flammable or corrosive hazardous material at the small tube sizes sold in shops, and no aviation authority specifically restricts it. Carrying multiple large industrial quantities could theoretically invite scrutiny, but single tubes are fine everywhere.

Highly unlikely. Screeners are focused on items that pose a security threat, and a small tube of adhesive does not fall into that category. Super glue does not look unusual on X-ray and will not cause your bag to be pulled for additional inspection.

Store it in a sealed zip-lock bag in your carry-on, since cabin pressure changes can occasionally cause tube caps to loosen. Keep the cap tightly closed and consider wrapping the nozzle tip with a small piece of tape. This is a precaution against mess rather than a security requirement.
